The digital approach is an experience to be shared, and the Feralpi Group decided to promote a project aimed at developing the digital culture at work and in daily life.

Starting from the assumption that the digital transformation of companies is already underway to implement a process of change that concerns not only organisational and production technologies, but also how the professional environment is interpreted and experienced, we offered all Group employees the possibility of attending an innovative 8-hour seminar.

The digital influencer Rudy Bandiera helped to deliver the training, and covered areas such as industry 4.0, IOT, machine learning, digitalisation, innovation and change, using a motivational slant and experience-based methods.

The dynamics of social media were also examined, in addition to the risks and opportunities represented by technologies for managing change that concerns everyone, both at work and in daily life.
