Feralpi Group does it again.
Recognized among Deloitte's
"Best Managed Companies" excellence in 2025

Feralpi Group is, for the second consecutive time, among the winners of the eighth edition of the Best Managed Companies Award, the Deloitte Private award for entrepreneurial excellence. The winners received the recognition this afternoon in Milan at Palazzo Mezzanotte, with the participation of ELITE-Euronext Group, Piccola Industria Confindustria, and with the methodological and strategic support of ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Feralpi Group, in particular, was recognized for an improvement—compared to the previous assessment—in its structured strategy. This strategy is based on results monitoring systems, risk assessment, and risk management, complemented by continuous communication of objectives and results to stakeholders.

«Our sustainability strategy- commented Isabella Manfredi, Chief Sustainability and Communications Officer of Feralpi Group, who accepted the award - is fully integrated and goes beyond simple compliance, confirming an ambitious emissions reduction plan in line with the SBTi initiative. However, our commitment is also strong on the social pillar: through specific technical training programs, we enhance human and intangible capital, actively measuring the inclusion of young women in middle management as an integral part of our scorecard. This scorecard is a strategic management and performance measurement tool that goes beyond traditional financial indicators, defining 14 medium and long-term ESG objectives».

«All of this – she continued - is supported by strengthened R&D, which uses technology and digitalization to reduce direct and indirect impacts. This translates into transparent and integrated reporting that extends to the entire value chain through the direct engagement and training of our suppliers.».

Best Managed Companies (BMCs) distinguish themselves through the adoption of structured methodologies in developing their business strategies, supported by well-defined governance systems. They use predefined metrics to measure performance and effectively communicate the results achieved, both internally and externally. Thanks to solid corporate governance, BMCs continuously improve their performance, focusing on relationships with customers, suppliers, local communities, and business partners. Furthermore, they stand out for their innovation, efficiency, and expertise, forging strategic partnerships and developing talent. They are also socially responsible actors, planning concrete initiatives to ensure social, environmental, and economic sustainability, thereby creating value for the entire supply chain. Finally, they promote a shared corporate culture, rewarding virtuous behavior and planning for generational succession. They also generate a significant portion of their revenue in foreign markets, thanks to established international relationships.
