Consequently, the Feralpi Group decided to promote a project aimed at developing the digital culture at work and in daily life, offering all employees working in the Group’s companies the chance to attend this innovative 8-hour seminar.
Training was delivered by a successful blogger and digital influencer with a large following, and covered areas such as industry 4.0, IOT, machine learning, digitalisation, innovation and change, using a motivational slant and experience-based methods.
Also included were social/digital dynamics, in addition to the risks and opportunities that technology represents for everyone, and especially younger generations, in order to govern a change that concerns us all, be it at work, in the family, or day-to-day life.
